Meet Cheyenne
Educational Leader | Community, Equity, and Belonging Strategist | Integrative Learning Designer | Wellness and Embodiment Coach
With over 25 years of experience as an educational leader, coach, and wellness practitioner, I bring a deep commitment to authentic connection, cultural wisdom, and sustainable transformation. I work with educators, parents, and individuals who are seeking to move from surviving to thriving—through reflection, healing, and growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve served as an instructional coach, director of equity and belonging, curriculum designer, and workforce developer. In each role, I’ve led efforts to build inclusive, trauma-informed, and restorative learning communities. My work is grounded in adult learning theory, developmental psychology, and growth mindset—supporting educators in sustaining their joy, resilience, and sense of purpose in challenging environments.
As a systems-level leader, I’ve helped develop sustainable structures and partnerships across schools, communities, and industries. I’ve designed culturally responsive, project-based learning experiences, facilitated professional development focused on anti-bias and social-emotional learning, and guided teams in implementing restorative justice practices that strengthen school culture and community connection.
In addition to my work in education, I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hour) and Certified Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) facilitator. I integrate mind-body practices, trauma-informed care, and holistic wellness into my coaching and teaching—drawing on the Yoruba spiritual traditions of my maternal ancestors. My approach is especially attuned to the needs of trauma survivors and BIPOC communities, centering accessibility, self-compassion, and nervous system regulation.
My coaching style is grounded, supportive, and growth-oriented. I help my clients gain clarity, set realistic goals, and recognize their progress—even when it feels invisible. Whether I’m partnering with a school leader, a parent, or an individual on a wellness journey, I create spaces for honest reflection, deep listening, and meaningful action.
I work with:
Educators and school leaders who want to cultivate restorative cultures and sustain their well-being
Parents and caregivers navigating complex school systems and relationships
Individuals and organizations seeking accessible wellness tools rooted in healing, culture, and personal growth

Instructional Leader | Restorative Education Trainer | Mind-Body Coach | Wellness Integration Strategist
With over two decades of experience as an educator, coach, and former Division I athlete, I bring a unique blend of discipline, compassion, and cultural responsiveness to every space I enter. I work with educators, student-athletes, families, and leadership teams who are seeking to strengthen connection, build structure, and integrate wellness into everyday learning and living.
I am an equity-driven instructional leader who facilitates identity-affirming professional learning. I support educators in creating inclusive, student-centered environments and designing culturally responsive curricula that bridge academic excellence with social-emotional growth. With a deep understanding of strategic school leadership and organizational development, I collaborate with educators and leadership teams to establish systemic supports that foster inclusive school cultures.
Beyond academics, I have worked closely with student-athletes and their families, guiding them through the scheduling and discipline needed to pursue collegiate athletic careers. While my work involves physical training and skill development, my approach centers on integrating mind-body wellness, empowering young people and families to effectively manage their time and achieve both athletic and personal goals.
My wellness approach integrates trauma-informed practices, movement, mindfulness, and breathwork—creating accessible tools for healing and transformation. I support individuals in reconnecting to their inner selves, managing time and energy, and sustaining the mental and emotional clarity required for long-term success.
As a mother of two and a lifelong learner, I understand the daily challenges of balancing structure and self-care. My coaching style is empathetic, honest, and action-oriented. Whether I’m supporting a teacher managing burnout, a student-athlete navigating time demands, or a parent seeking tools for connection, I create affirming spaces for reflection, empowerment, and growth.
I work with:
Educators and instructional teams seeking to build inclusive, restorative, and engaging classroom communities
Parents and caregivers navigating the complexities of identity, belonging, and school-home partnership
Individuals and student-athletes looking to integrate mind-body wellness, time management, and goal setting in their personal and professional lives
Healing, growth, and purpose begin with honest reflection and connection. We all deserve spaces that honor who we are and who we are becoming.
